CEMC ASSETS APPRAISAL OFFICE

The office was established with the approval of the State Administration of State-Owned Assets. As a national intermediary institution specializing in assets appraisal and consulting services, it conducts fair valuations of given assets and provides consulting and intermediary services related to assets appraisal, which are consigned by domestic and overseas economic institutions, enterprises, social groups and other units and individuals. So far, the CEMC Assets Appraisal Office has completed more than 20 projects and its excellent performance has won the admiration of clients.

Assets Appraisal Procedures: These include agreement signing, on-site investigations, marketing research, evaluation and tabulation, presentation of assets appraisal reports and confirmation of reports.

Modes of Charges: The CEMC Assets Appraisal Office follows the accepted practice concerning the mode of charges: according to the percentage of the appraised value, according to the number of people and time involved, and according to any agreement reached by both parties.

The charge standard is set by negotiating with the consignors in accordance with the regulations of relevant government departments, and the practice of charges and by taking into account the work contents, load, mode and the degree of difficulties.
