Mr.Yang Shangde: Advisor to CEMC, famous scholar and editor-in-chief of the Economic Daily newspaper.

Mr.Qiu Xiaohua: Prominent economist, chairman of the CEMC Experts Committee and chief economist of the State Statistical Bureau.

Dr.Zhang Wenzhong: CEMC director, who is famous for economic analysis, development strategy and management designing. Dr.Zhang used to work with the Development Research Center of the State Council and Standford University, and is now president and CEO of CAST Enterprises Inc. and president of Normart Enterprises Inc.
