Huairou,the satellite town of capital-Beijing,lies in the northeast of it.It covers 2,128 square kilometres with the population of 260,000.It has a high reputation with green mountains and blue water for its perfect natural environment and which rich in natural resources.Moreover,it is the natural green defense against strong wind and dust,also being the protected resource of drinking water for Beijing.

The preserve covers 14,600 hectares.It is a well-preserved prototype area with relatively complete eco-system types and the largest forest area in north China.
On the principle of both protection and development,we plan to open up 4,000 hectares outside the preserve`s core area for farming,raising experiments & demonstration,and forest eco-tourisim.

The product adopts polyurethane and millipore damping.Compared with the rubber tyre,it has lower weight,higher strength,better shock and aging proof,and longer wearing duration,completely removing the trouble of tyre inflation and mending.Two techniques for the product have acquired national patents.It can be widely applied to bicycles,rickshaws and handcarts,with a promising market prospect.
In order to meet the market needs,a production line is to be introduced,which can make 3,000,000 inflation-free tyres per year,so as to form large-scale production.

The project is intended to build a high-tech garbage disposal yard which,coving 80 mu,is able to dispose of 200 tons garbage per day in near future and 500 tons per day in far future.
