Invitation for Bids for Consultancy on Designing, Developing and Maintaining Online Platforms

China-Ghana/China-Zambia South-South Cooperation on Renewable Energy Technology Transfer (RETT) project aims to facilitate exchange of expertise and technology between China, Ghana and Zambia, and increase amount of energy used in Africa, to help achieve the UN’s target -- Sustainable Energy for All (SE4ALL).

The selected service provider is required to improve the existing online platforms; develop an expert database and online interactive platform to provide expert consulting services; develop a Renewable Energy Technologies (RETs) database and interactive platform to enable online match-making between the demand side and the supply side. The service provider will also develop publicity materials especially for mobile users. The assigned institution will maintain the online platforms for at least two years and support the Project Management Unit (PMU) on related missions and tasks.
