Invitation for Bids for Consultancy on Identification and Solutions to Barrier of Renewable Energy Technology Transfer (RETT) from China to Zambia
China-Zambia South-South Cooperation on RETT project aims to facilitate exchange of expertise and technology between China and Zambia, and increase amount of energy used in Africa, to help achieve the UN’s target -- Sustainable Energy for All (SE4ALL).
The main objective of this assignment is to promote Chinese stakeholders’ understanding on Zambian context. Specifically, this assignment is designed to support the study tour and knowledge exchange between China and Zambia. A team of four consultants or an institution is required to identify and seek solutions to the barriers in terms of policies, local market and civil society of renewable energy sector in Zambia; to prepare training materials so to share the major findings among Chinese stakeholders.
