Invitation for Bids for Organizing the Match-Making Event and Related Workshops for Ghana and Zambia

China-Ghana/China-Zambia South-South Cooperation on Renewable Energy Technology Transfer (RETT) project aims to facilitate exchange of expertise and technology between China, Ghana and Zambia, and increase amount of energy used in Africa, to help achieve the UN’s target -- Sustainable Energy for All (SE4ALL).

Two selected institutions shall organize the match-making event and relevant workshops in two different cities respectively. This matchmaking event will encourage collaboration between Chinese RETT technology providers and technology users from Ghana and Zambia in order to foster technical and entrepreneurial cooperation in the fields of RETT. In addition, the conferences, workshops and other related side sessions during the event will also strengthen the capacity of Chinese and African stakeholders of South-south Cooperation Countries (SSC) in relation to RETT and help develop strategic directions for ongoing and future project activities to ensure smooth project implementation.
